Before the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Williford Energy Company. Relief Requested: Vacate regular 640 acre drilling and spacing units and establish irregular 640 acre drilling and spacing units; establish 320 acre drilling and spacing units. Legal Description: Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 6 West, and Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Stephens County, Oklahoma, and more particularly the parties set out on Exhibit "A" attached to the application on file in this cause; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission Vacate Order No. 126187 insofar as it pertains to the Permain and Hoxbar (excluding Burkhardt) common sources of supply underlying all of Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, and all of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 6 West, all in Stephens County, Oklahoma; and, Vacate Order No. 207879 insofar as it pertains to the Cisco, Hoxbar I and Hoxbar II common sources of supply underlying all of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 6 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma; and, establish irregular 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Permian, Cisco and Hoxbar common sources of supply underlying the South Half of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 6 West, and the North Half of Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, all in Stephens County, Oklahoma, by New Spacing, with the units to consist of said two governmental half sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 1,320 feet from the unit boundary; and, establish 320 acre drilling and spacing units for the Permian, Cisco and Hoxbar common sources of supply underlying the North Half of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 6 West, and the South Half of Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, all in Stephens County, Oklahoma, by New Spacing, with the units to consist of said governmental half sections and with the permitted well to be located not less than 660 feet from the boundary of the NW/4 of said Section 34 and the SE/4 of said Section 3. …
