ORDER FOR HEARING

PETITION TO SELL REAL

AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

In the District Court, Second Judicial District, Custer County, Oklahoma Courthouse, Arapaho, Oklahoma.

In the Matter of the Conservatorship of Roscoe D. Chitty, a Disabled Person.

This matter comes on for hearing upon the Petition duly verified of Gene Smith, Jr., and J. Joe Smith, Co-Conservators of the Estate of Roscoe D. Chitty, a disabled person, to sell real and personal property.

The Court further finds that pursuant to verified Petition filed herein there should be a hearing set for an Order Authorizing Sale of the following described real property situated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Unit 141 Hemingway Condominiums, a Unit Ownership Estate, according to the recorded Declaration thereof filed October 4, 1982, in Book 4920, Page 1405, amended in Book 5199, Page 1052, and in Book 5479, Page 1640, and the percentage of Common Elements thereto, in the records of the County Clerk, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, thereto, situated on the real estate described as follows: A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW) of Section 17, Township 12 North, Range 3 W.I.M., Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 25, Block 1 of the Wileman Second Addition to Oklahoma City, thence South 01c07d53e West on the West line of said addition for a distance of 115.50 feet; thence South 21c01d48e East on said West line for a distance of 199.83 feet; thence South 43c05d53e East on said West line for a distance of 183.30 feet; thence South 05c46d54e East on said West line for a distance of 330.11 feet; thence South 18c35d35e East on said West line for a distance of 223.98 feet; thence South 11c43d32e West on said West line for a distance of 87.65 feet; thence South 36c02d30e West on said West line for a distance of 170.51 feet to the most Westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1 of Wileman Second Addition; thence South 79c53d00e West for a distance of 489.70 feet; thence South 66c30d23e West for a distance of 237.47 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate 240; thence North 18c04d04e West on said right-of-way line for a distance of 72. …
