NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Adams Resources Exploration Corporation, has filed an Application in this Cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order as follows:

(a) An Order creating 20-acre drilling and spacing units for the Sycamore, Woodford, Hunton and Viola common sources of supply underlying the S/2 SW/4; NW/4 SW/4; S/2 NE/4 SW/4, of Section 31, Township 5 South, Range 6 East, Marshall County, Oklahoma, to be formed by a line running East and West through the center of each governmental quarter quarter section, and that said Order designate the permitted well location to be in the NW/4 and SE/4 of each governmental quarter quarter section, no closer than 165 feet to the boundary of the respective governmental quarter quarter quarter section. …
