The Oklahoma City Airport Trust (the "Issuer") intends to issue revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $3,400,000 in order to fund certain airport improvements. The Bonds will be named "Oklahoma City Airport Trust Junior Lien Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds, Twenty-second Series B" (the "Bonds") and will be issued for the purpose of constructing the following projects:

Will Rogers World Airport Terminal Building Electrical System (not to exceed $1,315,000). This project will consist of replacing the main electrical distribution system, relocating and rebuilding the each emergency generator, establishing new service to the west end of the terminal and tieing together the circuits of the east and west emergency generators;

Will Rogers World Airport Terminal Building Concourse Roofs (not to exceed $560,000). The roofs on both terminal buildings concourses need to be replaced due to age;

Will Rogers World Airport Public Parking Facilities (not to exceed $1,265,000). This renovation project consists of replacing all major expansion joints, sealing small joints and waterproofing the decks of both the two-and-five-story public parking garages, structural repair to a deteriorated beam in the two-story structure; and

Will Rogers World Airport Cargo Building Dock (not to exceed $260,000). …
