Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Klabzuba Operating Company. Relief Sought: Well Density. Legal Description: Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 26 East, LeFlore and Sequoyah Counties, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order amending Order No. 111825 to authorize the drilling of an additional well to test the Alma Sand common source of supply underlying Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 26 East, LeFlore and Sequoyah Counties, Oklahoma, same to be a well for the unit consisting of said Section 19, a 640-acre unit.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
