NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicants in this cause are requesting the following special relief: That the Commission vacate Order No. 78450 insofar as it pertains to the Oil Creek Sand common source of supply underlying all of Section 8; vacate Order No. 171814 insofar as it pertains to the Dornick Hills common source of supply underlying the West Half of Section 8; vacate Order No. 171814 insofar as it pertains to the Sycamore, Woodford, Hunton, Viola, Bromide, Tulip Creek and McLish common sources of supply underlying the West Half and the Southeast Quarter of Section 8; vacate Order No. 171814 insofar as it pertains to the Arbuckle common source of supply underlying all of Section 8; vacate Order No. 207566 insofar as it pertains to the Goddard common source of supply underlying the North Half and the Southwest Quarter of Section 5 and the Northeast Quarter of Section 8; vacate Order No. 207566 insofar as it pertains to the Caney, Sycamore, Woodford, Misener-Hunton, Viola, Bromide, Tulip Creek Sandstone and McLish common sources of supply underlying all of Section 5 and the Northeast Quarter of Section 8; and vacate Order No. 207566 insofar as it pertains to the Oil Creek Lime, Oil Creek Sandstone and Arbuckle common sources of supply underlying all of Section 5; all in Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Love County, Oklahoma; and establish 160 acre drilling and spacing units, by new spacing, for the Goddard common source of supply underlying the North Half and the Southwest Quarter of Section 5 and all of Sections 6 and 8; and for the Morrow common source of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, and all of Sections 6 and 8; all in Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Love County, Oklahoma, with the units to consist of governmental quarter sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 660 feet from the unit boundary; and establish 640 acre drilling and spacing units, by extending the purview of Order No. 130281, for the Deese common source of supply underlying all of Sections 5 and 6; and by extending the purview of Order No. …
