An addition to a shopping center at 5959 Northwest Expressway will provide space for the seventh metro area location for City Bites Inc.

In a combination remodel and add-on, the owner of the shopping center, Expressway Development Associates Inc. of Oklahoma City, is building the shell of the 3,412 square feet that will house the new City Bites, said Gary Blevins, who is an owner of City Bites along with three brothers.

Gary, Mark, Brad and Eric Blevins are all vice presidents of the company, which is based in Oklahoma City. Their father Jack Blevins is president; he lives in Minneapolis.
