Noble D. Barnhill, Plaintiff, vs. Jimmie Spiva, Bernita Provost, La Juanda Blinn, and all other Heirs, Executors, or Administrators of L.A. Handley aka Linden A. Handley and Velma C. Handley, Defendant.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Heirs, Executors or Administrators of L.A. Handley aka Linden A. Handley and Velma C. Handley, deceased.

You and each of you are hereby notified that Pat Barnhill as Plaintiff has filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, his Petition against the heirs, executors and administrators, immediate and remote, of L.A. Handley, aka Linden A. Handley, deceased, and Velma C. Handley, deceased, who allege that L.A. Handley, aka Linden A. Handley and Velma C. Handley, deceased, died seized and possessed of the following described real property:

All of Lot Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Thirteen (13) in LAWRENCE PLACE ADDI-TION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma according to the recorded plat thereof

Said Petition alleges the following:

1. That the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and in actual and peaceable possession thereof.

2. That Defendants, the unknown heirs, executors and administrators, immediate and remote, of L.A. Handley, aka Linden A. Handley and Velma C. Handley, deceased, claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiff which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiff's title.

3. That there has been no judicial determination of heirship of said L.A. Handley, aka Linden A. Handley and Velma C. Handley, deceased, and praying that Plaintiff have judgment against the Defendants and each of them judicially determining the names and individual identity of each and all the persons who took or were entitled to take said real property under the intestate laws of succession and force at the time of the death of said deceased and applicable to the distribution of said real property in the proportion or part thereof that each executor was entitled to take as an heir of L. …
