In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

In the Matter of the Estate of James L. Brewington, also known as James Leo Brewington, Deceased.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified petition of Petitioner, Alisha Brewington, Administratrix of the estate of James L. Brewington, now deceased, on file herein that it is necessary to sell the real estate described in said petition for the reasons and purposes in said petition set out.

Therefore, it is ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the estate of the said James L. Brewington, deceased, appear at the court room of said Court in the County Courthouse in Oklahoma City in said County and State on the 17th day of March, 1994 at 1:30 o'clock P.M. then and there to show cause if any they have, why an order as prayed for in said petition should not be granted to said Administratrix to sell said real estate of said deceased for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said petition, at either public or private sale, as said Court shall judge for the best interests of said estate and of all persons interested therein. …
