Stroube, Napah Corporation, PG E Resources Company, Cago, Inc., Chestnut Hill Investment Co., John D. Scott Trust, L.B. Simmons Energy, Inc., Chevron U.S.A., Inc., SCANA Exploration and Production Company, Sanguine, Ltd., Sidewell Oil and Gas, Inc., Bob Hancock Trust, Hamon Operating Company, MER Oil Gas Partnership, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Masters-Gray Investments, Inc., Lairmore Petroleum Corp., Emerge Oil and Gas Company, Aquila Energy Resources Corp., Lawrence W. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order amending Order Nos. 124265, dated September 15, 1976, effective September 8, 1976, entered in Cause CD No. 45,240, and Order Nos. 169211, dated May 12, 1980, effective April 22, 1980, entered in Cause CD No. 68024 to permit a well for the Hoxbar, Deese, Atoka, and Springer common source of supply at a location 990d from the north line and 990d from the west line of Section 15-T6N-R9W, Caddo County, Oklahoma; same to be a well for the drilling and spacing unit consisting of all of Section 15-T6N-R9W, Caddo County, Oklahoma, a 640-acre unit by said orders which require the well to be located not less than 1,320d feet from the unit boundary. …
