Cause CD No. 940 001753

Before the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Dick Brunsteter Oil Gas, Inc. Relief Requested: Vacate 80 acre drilling and spacing units vacate 40 acre drilling and spacing units establish 640 acre drilling and spacing units. Legal Description: Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20, Township 28 North, Range 11 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, and more particularly the parties set out on Exhibit "A" attached to the original application on file in this cause; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission Vacate Order No. 246170 insofar as it pertains to the Tonkawa, Lansing-Kansas City and Cherokee Group common sources of supply underlying all of Section 18; and, Vacate Order No. 251417 insofar as it pertains to the Tonkawa, Lansing-Kansas City and Mississippi common sources of supply underlying all of Section 19; and, Vacate Order No. 373216 insofar as it pertains to the Tonkawa, Cherokee, Mississippi Chat and Mississippi Lime common sources of supply underlying the SE/4 of Section 20; and, Establish 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the following lands, with the units to consist of governmental sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 1,320 feet from the unit boundary, as follows: For the Chase, Council Grove, Pennsylvania Lime, Endicott, Toronto, Swope, Altamont and Pawnee common sources of supply, underlying all of Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20, by New Spacing; and, For the Tonkawa, Lansing-Kansas City, and Cherokee Group common sources of supply, underlying all of Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20, by extending the purview of Order No. …
