NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an exception to OCC-OGR 165:10-13-9 and 165:10-17-11, and that an Order be entered authorizing a separate gas allowable for the proposed well, distinct from the allowable for the existing well, or in the alternative, that it be granted an exception to OCC-OGR 165:10-17-11 increasing the unit allowable for the Morrow Sand drilling and spacing unit in an amount sufficient to protect the correlative rights of all parties entitled to share in production from the captioned drilling and spacing unit, and to allow the proposed well to be economically drilled, completed and produced. …
