Applicant: Canyon Exploration Co. Relief Sought: Spacing. Legal Description: Section 7, Township 2 North, Range 24 ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Beaver County, Oklahoma, and more particularly: First City National Bank of Midland, Midland Texas, Trustee of the Eta-Flag Royalty Trust; Flag-Redfern Oil Company c/o Kerr McGee Corporation; Panhandle Royalty Company; Parker Brothers Oil Company; and Harold J. Parker, Richard Lee Parker and Walter Leroy Parker, Trustees of the James W. Parker Irrevocable Trust Agreement dated 12/28/78.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following relief and special relief from the Commission A Delete Order No. 35306 dated August 9, 1957, which established 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Morrow Sand common source of supply underlying Section 7; B Delete Order No. 42095 dated April 5, 1960 which established 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Chester Lime common source of supply underlying Section 7; C Delete Order No. 247143 dated October 25, 1983 which established 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the St. Genevive, St. Louis, Viola and Arbuckle common sources of supply underlying Section 7; D Delete Order No. 205956 dated January 7, 1982 which established 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Marmaton common sources of supply underlying Section 7; E Extend Order No. 248182 which established 320 acre stand up drilling and spacing units with a Northwest/Southeast well pattern from Section 17 into Section 7 for the Morrow common source of supply; F Establish 320 acre stand up drilling and spacing units with a Northwest/Southeast well pattern for the Chester Lime, Marmaton, St. …
