Jack A. Langdon, Plaintiff, vs. Lucille Cooper, Carol Langdon, Jerry Langdon, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of Pearl M. Sharp and William H. Langdon. Defendant.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO Lucille Cooper, Carol Langdon, Jerry Langdon, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Trustees and Assigns of Pearl M. Sharp and William H. Langdon.

You and each of you are notified that Jack A. Langdon, as Plaintiff, has filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, his Petition against the above-named parties alleging that Pearl M. Sharp, Deceased, died seized and possessed of the fee simple interest in and to that property shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

k/a 2004 N.W. 13th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

That the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that Defendants named herein along with the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of Pearl M. Sharp, deceased, claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiff which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiff's title; that there has been no judicial determination of heirship of said Pearl M. Sharp, deceased or William H. Langdon, deceased; and praying that the Plaintiff have judgment against the Defendants and each of them, judicially determining the names, and individual identity of any and all persons who took, or were entitled to take, said real property under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and in force at the time of the death of the deceased, and applicable to the distribution of said real property, and that the portion or part thereof that each took or was entitled to take, as an heir of Pearl M. …
