Phillips, A/K/A Robert J. Phillips; Vastar Resources, Inc. Attn. Property Tax Dept.; Wilen Living Trust; Oil

Gas Supply, Inc.; Jerry L. Rogers; Ann E. Rogers, Trustee for the Jerry L. Rogers Irrevocable Trust, A Private Trust; Vastar Resources, Inc.; Dudley B. Frank, and if any of the above are deceased, defunct or dissolved, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, assigns and successors, immediate and remote, of the above named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Commission amend Order No. 256964 as corrected by Order No. 259402 to reform the 40 acre units created thereby for the Upper Gilcrease Sand, Middle Gilcrease Sand and Lower Gilcrease Sand common sources of supply underlying the SE/4 SE/4 of Section 11-12N-10E, Okfuskee County, Oklahoma, to standup 20 acre drilling spacing units for the production of oil from said common sources of supply underlying those lands. Applicant further requests that the Jerry L. Rogers, Arco-Glade No. 2 Well located in the NW/4 SE/4 SE/4 of Section 11-12N-10E, be designated as the unit well for the 20 acre unit to be comprised of the W/2 SE/4 SE/4 of said Section and that the unit well for the 20 acre unit to be comprised of the E/2 SE/4 SE/4 be permitted to be drilled in the NE/4 SE/4 SE/4 at a point not closer than 165 feet to the boundary of said quarter quarter quarter section. …
