Applicant: Amoco Production Company. Relief Sought: Spacing. Legal Description: Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 23 East of the IM, LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in LeFlore County, Oklahoma, including the following: Clarence E. Birckel; Jim Blaylock; Cassie Bryant; Elzie Bryant; Floyd Coffey; Myrtle Davies; Doris Louise Dimmitt, as Trustee of the Ada Charlene Birckel Revocable Trust; Linda Jane Birckel Emerson; Susie Alice Birckel Horton; Oscar McElhaney; Minerals Management Service; Marie Birckel Simpson; Sharon Gail Birckel Watson; if any of the abovenamed individuals be deceased, then the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of any such deceased individual; if the above-named entity is a dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved partnership, corporation or other association; and if the abovenamed party designated as a trustee is not presently acting in such capacity as trustee, then the unknown successor or successors to such trustee;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Amoco Production Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending prior orders of the Commission to enlarge and extend the boundaries of the Wapanucka Sand common source of supply of gas so as to cover and include Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 23 East of the IM, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, and to form a proper drilling and spacing unit for such common source of supply in such section, which unit Applicant requests be formed as a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit; and (ii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein. …
