Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Tide West Oil Company. Relief Sought: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: The Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 8 West, Grady County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Grady County, Oklahoma, and more particularly BancFirst, an Oklahoma Banking Corporation; E.P. Operating Co., a Limited Partnership c/o Larry J. Smith; Edmond Resources Corporation, an Oklahoma corporation; H-B Exploration Co.; The Home-Stake Oil Gas Company; The Home-Stake Royalty Corporation; The Royalty Administration Corp.; G.N. Rupe; Solon L. Bloomer Family Partners Limited Partnership; Star-Tex Petroleum Corp., a Texas corporation; TLW Investments, Inc.; Union Bank; and Viersen Cochran. and owners in the following offsetting units: Section 2, 3, 10, and 11, Township 4 North, Range 8 West, Grady County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission establish a well location with an appropriate allowable for the Deese and Hoxbar Order No. 321082 formations underlying the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 8 West, Grady County, Oklahoma, at a location of 330 feet from the South line and 330 feet from the East line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 8 West, Grady County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: The Commission establish the Applicant or some other party as operator for a well to test, as an exception to Order No. 321082 for the Deese and Hoxbar common sources of supply, at the location stated above.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. …
