Applicant: Palm Cook Oil Gas Company. Relief Requested: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: N/2 SW/4 Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 1 West, Noble County, Oklahoma.

The lands adjacent to Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 1 West, Noble County, Oklahoma, are Sections 28, 29, 30, 31 and 33, Township 24 North, Range 1 West and Sections 4, 5 and 6, Township 23 North, Range 1 West, Noble County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order granting Applicant an exception to the well location prescribed for a common source of supply underlying the N/2 SW/4 Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 1 West, Noble County, Oklahoma, so that said well may be located 1320 feet East of the West line and 330 feet South of the North line of the N/2 SW/4 Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 1 West, Noble County, Oklahoma, and, if productive, may produce a full allowable or an adjusted allowable established subject to the hearing. …
