Markley Corporation, c/o Lewis C. Markley; Sole West; Black Gold Publishing Corp.; Amoco Production Company; Bond Davis, Charles W. Drake, Manfred J. Gerhardt, W. Lewis Hart and Joseph S. Morris Trustees of the First Presbyterian Church of San Antonio, TX; James Resources, Inc., Tex-Star Production, Ran Ricks, Inc., Ran Ricks, Jr., James D. Palm, Hennan Associates, 1993 Miller Exploration, L.P., Carter Petroleum Corp.; Thomas J. Kelly, Cardinal River Farm, Inc., James D. Palm, Larry Fenity, Choregus, Inc., Bill Thomas, R.R.
