NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission enter an order granting the following special relief: The Applicant requests the Commission enter an Order pooling the separately owned interests within the 80-acre unit for the Gilcrease separate common source of supply consisting of W/2 SW/4 of Section 19, Township 9 North, Range 11 East, Hughes County, Oklahoma, fixing and adjudicating the rights and equities of the owners thereof insofar as the right to drill and produce from said common source of supply is concerned, and to grant such further relief as in the premises may be reasonable and just; and, that this be considered a "unit" pooling rather than a "wellbore" pooling application with the rights of parties in subsequent wells drilled to the named common source of supply to be determined by the order requested by this application. …
