Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: James E. Richardson d/b/a P K L Oil Properties. Relief Requested: Pooling. Legal Description: Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4); Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4); Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4); All in Section 14, Township 8 North, Range 8 East, Hughes County, Oklahoma.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers, and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Hughes County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission to adjudicate the rights and equities of the owners in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4); the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4); Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) all in Section 14, Township 8 North, Range 8 East, Hughes County, Oklahoma, three 40 acre drilling and spacing units, for the production of oil and gas from the Gilcrease, Cromwell, Booch, Earlsboro, Jefferson, Wewoka, Calvin, Senora, and Thurman, separate common sources of supply and to designate the Applicant or some other party as operator of each of the proposed unit wells.

IT IS ORDERED THAT this cause be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking the evidence and reporting the findings and recommendations to the Commission.

IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT this cause will be set before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 1994, and that this Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any interested party may appear and testify by telephone from the Tulsa office facility of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, 440 South Houston, Suite 101, Tulsa, Oklahoma, pursuant to OCCRP 165:5-1-8. …
