NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all defendants and additional party defendants named herein, to-wit: Overdrive Auto Service Centers, Inc., formerly One Hour Car Clinic, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, Tra C. Pippin, an individual, Southwestern Bank Trust Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, S S Rental Company, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, Allen Group Leasing Corp., a Delaware corporation, Walter Cooper, Peggy Cooper, Joe B. Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, The City of Oklahoma City, a municipal corporation, and City Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma City, and to all persons or entities having any interest in the property described herein, that on the 13th day of September, 1994, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., in Room 103 in the Annex Building of the Oklahoma County Courthouse, 320 Robert S.
