Pat Tull, owner of Professional Handwriting Examiners, has been installed as president of the Oklahoma City chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Other officers are Dori Rowland, vice president; Lori Smith, interim secretary; Natalie Bonney, treasurer; Toni Ehrhardt, director of education and training; Charlotte Tombragel, director of finance; Donelle Ratheal, director of governmental affairs; Jean Lehr, director of public communication; Gwen Benson, director of membership; Donna Long, director of corporate relations; Sherry Dale, immediate past president; and Michelle Schaefer, association post editor. . . Susan E. Penney has completed requirements to become a certified financial planner.

Penney is a senior agent with the Oklahoma City office of Principal Mutual Life Insurance Co. and a registered representative of Princor Financial Services Corp. Both are divisions of the Principal Financial Group, which she joined 10 years ago. . . Norma Knight has joined the staff of RE/MAX Old Town Brokers in Norman. She has been in real estate for 20 years and focuses primarily on residential sales and corporate relocation. . . Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems has announced several personnel changes. Promotions at the Quail office include: Joyce Kahoe, account executive. Rachael Jones, account representative. Cherie Allen, sales support representative.

Others promoted were: Vivien Copelin, account representative, downtown office. Ken Evans, outbound telemarketing representative, Northwest Expressway office. . . Sandy Trudgeon has been named director of admissions at Heritage Hall. She will be responsible for all aspects of enrollment at the school.

She served on the school's board of trustees for nine years, three of those as president. . . Three members of the Oklahoma Economic Development Council have completed requirements to be receive the certified economic developer designation. …
