Michael Aaron Buchanan and Deborah Helen Buchanan, Plaintiffs, vs. Eva Christine Wylie, Jay David Patchin, Jacqueline Suzanne Peterson, Kenneth A. MacAaron, Jr. and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of Gertrude C. Patchin and Doyle Patchin, Defendants.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO Eva Christine Wylie, Jay David Patchin, Jacqueline Suzanne Peterson, Kenneth A. MacAaron, Jr., and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Trustees and Assigns of Gertrude C. Patchin and Doyle Patchin.

You and each of you are notified that Michael Aaron Buchanan and Deborah Helen Buchanan, as Plaintiffs herein, have filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, their Petition against the above-named parties alleging that Doyle Patchin and Gertrude Catherine Patchin, both Deceased, died while seized and possessed of a certain interest in and to that property shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Lots 9 and 10, Block Two (2), Upland Addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as shown by the recorded plat thereof

That the Plaintiffs are the owner of said real property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that Defendants named herein along with the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of Doyle Patchin and Gertrude Catherine Patchin, deceased, may claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiffs' which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiffs' title; that there has been no judicial determination of heirship of said Doyle Patchin or Gertrude Catherine Patchin, deceased; and praying that the Plaintiffs have judgment against the Defendants and each of them, judicially determining the names, and individual identity of any and all persons who took, or were entitled to take, said real property under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and in force at the time of the death of the deceased, and applicable to the distribution of said real property, and that the portion or part thereof that each took or was entitled to take, as an heir of Doyle Patchin or Gertrude Catherine Patchin, both deceased; that the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, and assigns, immediate and remote, of Doyle Patchin and Gertrude Catherine Patchin, both deceased, be required to show what right, title or interest if any that they now have, in and to said real property adverse to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiffs; and to be adjudged to have no right, title or interest or estate therein and that the title of the Plaintiffs in and to said real property be quieted against the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of Doyle Patchin and Gertrude Catherine Patchin, both deceased, and that the defendants, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title or interest in said real property. …
