State Municipal League Conference Starts Today

Article excerpt

More than 400 municipal officials from across the state are expected to attend this year's Oklahoma Municipal League/Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma Conference and Exposition, a three-day event beginning today at the Myriad Convention Center.

This year's conference will begin with a gubernatorial candidates forum at 1:15 p.m. today in the Myriad's Great Hall.

Mitch Jelniker, KWTV anchorman, will serve as moderator for the forum. Three awards will be presented at OML's Annual Awards Breakfast at 8 a.m. Friday in Oklahoma City's Century Center Hotel.
