Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Vintage Petroleum, Inc. Relief Sought: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: The East Half of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, and the West Half of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Stephens County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Crest Resources, Inc.; Jath Oil Company; Victor Cynthia Mitchell; Kent P. Sullivan; and Williford Energy Company, and owners in the following offsetting units: Sections 19, 20, 31 and 32, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission establish a well location with an appropriate allowable for the Permian common source of supply Order No. 376967 at the following location: 660 feet from the North line and 660 feet from the West line of the 320 acre unit consisting of the East Half of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma; and for the Cisco and Hoxbar Order No. 238381 common source of supply at the following location: 660 feet from the North line and 660 feet from the West line of the 640 acre unit consisting of the East Half of Section 30 and the West Half of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: The Commission establish the Applicant or some other party as operator for a well to test, as an exception to Order Nos. 376967 and 238981 for the Permian, Cisco and Hoxbar common sources of supply, at the locations stated above.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. …
