Berryman Testamentary Trust A for Eloise O. Barryman, with the 1st Nat'l Bank of Wichita and Eloise O. Berryman as Co-Trustees, J.W. Berryman Trust B for the United Presbyterian Foundation with the 1st Nat'l Bank of Wichita as Trustee, Kaiser-Francis Oil Company, Kerr-McGee Corporation, successor to Flag-Redfern, Oryx Energy Company, Pinnacle Oil Gas, Inc., Ronnie Jones, c/o Pinnacle Oil

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Corporation Commission issue an Order granting an exception to the provisions of OCC-OGR Rule Nos. 165:10-13-9 and 165:10-17-11, to provide for a separate allowable for the proposed increased density well to be drilled pursuant to an Order to issue in the increased density Application filed contemporaneously with this Application for the Tonkawa common source of supply underlying the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit comprised of Section 15-T17N-R23W, Ellis County, Oklahoma. Applicant is requesting the separate allowable provide for a full separate allowable for the proposed increased density well of the Applicant, separate and distinct from the current unit allowable of the existing unit well. …
