Applicant: r.c. Taylor Companies, Inc. Relief Sought: Pooling. Land Covered: NW/4 of Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 3 East, Lincoln County, Oklahoma.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the following parties, if living; or if deceased, then their unknown heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, trustees, and/or assigns; or, the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, or the unknown successors of any party designated in any record as trustee: W-K Royalty Company; Beth Hays; William F. Burden, Jr.; Tex-Star Production; Karen Leith; Dorothy Slack Hall; Kay Loftin; Joanna Parker; Fred Butler; First Royalty Corporation; Robert E Burden; David Burden; Cathy Burden Torres; J.H. Tandy and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Lincoln County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool all oil and gas interests in the Hogshooter-Layton Series, Checkerboard, Cleveland, Jones Sand, Wayside Sand, Peru Sand, Oswego, Prue, Skinner Sand, Red Fork Sand, Bartlesville Sand and Mississippi common sources of supply for the 160-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the NW/4 of Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 3 East, Lincoln County, Oklahoma, adjudicating the rights and equities of the oil and gas owners thereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

(a) Designation of the Applicant, or some other party, as operator of the unit well.

(b) The Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. …
