STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To All Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers and Takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons particularly in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma; and more particularly: Beasley Oil Company; Universal Resources Corporation; Ricks Exploration; GPM Gas Corporation; Premier Gas Company; Texas Southwest Gas Corporation; Trident NGL; Warren Petroleum Company; Betty Martin Creekmore Revocable Trust; Dorothy D. Weston Marion A. Weston; Deweese Oil, Inc.; Calvin Geis; Ruby Mae Harder; Leo S. Henley; Fred Oppel, Jr.; Henry C. Oppel; John Oppel; Robert A. Oppel; E.O. Wheeler 1976 Trust, E.O. Wheeler Trustee, c/o Cindy W. Lafferty A/I/F; Tide West Oil Company; John W. Calder; Trigg Drilling Company, Inc.; Joe Dan Trigg; Jack E. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant seeks an exception to Rule 165:10-13-9 and Rule 165:10-17-11, so as to permit an increased unit allowable for the Mississippian-Chester common source of supply underlying the 320-acre drilling and spacing unit comprised of the E/2 of Section 22, Township 16 North, Range 9 West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, in excess of the allowable permitted by Rule 165:10-13-9 and Rule 165:10-17-11. More specifically, Applicant requests that a separate allowable be granted for the well to be drilled within the 320-acre unit. …
