Hammond, Co-Trustees of the L.H. Hammond, Jr. Revocable Trust; Headington Penn Corporation; Minnie M. Hiatt; Joan Hiner; Jet-T No. 1 Ltd.; Kevin Gregory Lindley; Lawrence Patrick Lindley; Michael Paul Lindley; Mary Margaret Lindley Erker; Martha Ann Lindley McClenny; Phillip Benson Lindley; Margaret Long Lindley and Lawrence P. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission permit an Additional Unit Well for the lands described in the caption hereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: The request is that the Commission issue an Order

(a) permitting an additional unit well to be drilled and produced at a permitted location in Section 4, T5N, R20ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma, as an exception to Order No. 154066 as to the Chester common source of supply, same to be an additional well for Section 4, a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit created by said Order No. …
