The Oklahoma City Planning Commission on Thursday will consider the preliminary plat of Harrison Lake Estates, located south of NE 122nd St. and east of Eastern Ave.

The developer, Don Kaspereit, proposes 15 single-family lots on 34 rural acres. Coon Engineering is engineer.

Wilshire Blvd. from PUD-191 planned unit development to PUD-492 for a proposed administrative and professional office. Application by Hunter's Battery Warehouse Inc. to rezone 518 SW 25th St. from R-2 medium low density residential to C-CBD central business district for construction of a commercial driveway. Application by First Enterprise Bank to rezone 11217 N. May Ave. from SPUD-104 simplified planned unit development to 0-2 general office for a medical office. Application by Eric J. Groves to rezone 4300 SW 3rd St. from I-1 light industrial to C-4 general business for construction of accessory signs. Application by Hi-Way Methodist Church of Oklahoma City to rezone 8801 Northwest Expressway from R-1 single-family residential to 0-2, permitting the applicant to apply to the Board of Adjustment for a special exception for a funeral home. Extension of the preliminary plat of Whitlinberry Estates, located north of Memorial Rd. and west of Midwest Blvd. Kirk Whitman is developer and MGR Inc. is engineer. Application by Carroll G. Spence to rezone 9500 S. Cemetery Rd. from AA agricultural to R-A single-family rural residential.
