Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Marathon Oil Company. Relief Sought; Location Exception; Legal Description; Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 16 East, with a Surface Location within Section 36, Township 5 North, Range 16 East, Being Described as 430' from the South Line and 1800' from the East Line of Said Section 36, and a Bottom Hole Location within Said Section 1 Being Described as 660' from the North Line and 660' from the East Line of Said Section 1, All in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers, and Takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; to all owners in Sections 1, 2, 11 and 12, Township 4 North, Range 16 East; Sections 35 and 36, Township 5 North, Range 16 East; Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 17 East; and, Sections 6 and 7, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission establish the proper well location for a well to produce from the Cromwell and Wapanucka common sources of supply underlying a drilling and spacing unit consisting of Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 16 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, at a surface location within Section 36, Township 5 North, Range 16 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, being described as 430' from the South line and 1800' from the East line of said Section 36, and at a bottom hole location within Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 16 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, being described as 660' from the North line and 660' from the East line of said drilling and spacing unit.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: Applicant may request that the Order be made effective prior to the date of the signing of the Order. …
