NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission enter an order granting the following special relief: The applicant requests the Commission issue an order amending prior Commission Order No. 269914 by deleting therefrom 640-acre spacing established for the Mississippi Lime separate common source of supply in Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma; and, in lieu thereof, to establish 320-acre spacing in said section for said common source of supply. Said units to consist of governmental half sections, formed by a line running north and south through the center of the section, with each permitted unit well to be drilled within and no closer than 660 feet from each respective northeast and southwest quarter section boundary. …
