Applicant: Holden Energy Corporation. Relief Sought: Pooling. Land Covered: SW/4 of Section 32, Township 28 North, Range 10 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Bogo Energy Corporation; Castlerock Resources, Inc.; Clara E. Smith; Daniel K. Waring; Dennis Hawkes; Excelsior Royalties, Inc.; F. Lyle Holmes; Florence Coover; Grace R. Edenfield; Jennie G. Hawkes; Lynda Murphy; Mable G. Bargloff; Maurice Dean Coover and Elaine Stoaley, Successor Trustees Under the Living Will Testament of Florence Coover, Deceased; H.A. Crosby; Mrs. H.A. Crosby; Patricia Albert; Peter N. Johnson and Terry S. Johnson; R. Wayne Homes; Richard Hawkes; Richard L. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Cherokee Sand Section of the Basal Pennsylvanian Sand, Cottage Grove, Oswego, Misener, Viola, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, Mississippi Chat and Mississippi Lime common sources of supply underlying the 160-acre unit comprised of the SW/4 of Section 32, Township 28 North, Range 10 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that Applicant or some other party be designated as operator of the unit well; and, the Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the initial well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interests and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. …
