NOTICE OF SOLICITATION

FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR THE LEASE AND AVIATION-RELATED OPERATION

OF

HANGARS 4A, 4B, AND 4C

AT

CLARENCE E. PAGE AIRPORT

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Trustees of the Oklahoma City Airport Trust, hereinafter called "Trust," that sealed proposals for the lease and aviation-related operation of Hangars 4A, 4B and 4C, hereinafter sometimes called "Facilities," at Clarence E. Page Airport, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 200 North Walker, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, until 10:00 a.m., on April 26, 1995, for official opening at 10:30 a.m., April 26, 1995, in the City Council Chambers at 200 North Walker, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102.

At the next scheduled regular meeting of the Trust, normally within thirty (30) days after receipt of proposals, the Trust will authorize the execution of a Lease and Operations Agreement with one Proposer, who in the judgment of the Trust, has presented the best overall proposal. The initial term of said Agreement shall commence upon approval of the Agreement and for a term not to exceed five years, with one option to renew the Agreement based on mutually agreed upon terms and conditions for a period not to exceed five years.

All proposals submitted shall be subject to acceptance or rejection, and the Trust specifically reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

A description of the Facilities in this request is included in the Instructions and General Information Section of the proposal documents.

Prospective Proposers may secure the necessary documents for submitting a proposal from the City Clerk, 200 North Walker, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102. …
