Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant L.E. Jones Production Company. Relief Sought: Location Exception. Legal Description: Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 18 West, Washita County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Washita County, Oklahoma, including and not limited to Larson Exploration Company, SMR Properties Management and the other owners, producers, and operators in the following offset units namely portions of Sections 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27 and 28 of Township 8 North, Range 18 West, Washita County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an Order for a location exception to Oklahoma Corporation Commission Order No. 125902 in the manner hereinafter set forth.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief. Applicant requests that the Commission enter an Order for a Location Exception for a well to be located in the 640 acre drilling and spacing unit established by Oklahoma Corporation Commission Order No. 125902 for Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 18 West, Washita County, Oklahoma to drill and produce the Permian Granite Wash and the Pennsylvanian Granite Wash common sources of supply. That Order No. 125902 established the location for the unit well in Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 18 West, Washita County, Oklahoma to be located no closer than 1320 feet from the unit boundary and that the Applicant or some other party proposes that the well to be drilled to produce the Permian Granite Wash and the Pennsylvanian Granite Wash common sources of supply in the Section will be located 660 feet from the northline of the section and 1980 feet from the westline of the section. …
