Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Stephens Johnson Operating Co. Relief Sought: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: NW/4 SW/4 Section 11, T9N, R6E, Seminole County, Oklahoma.

To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers, and Takers of oil and gas including all persons living or if deceased their known and unknown successors and all corporations existing and if dissolved their known and unknown successors and all other persons having an interest in the lands covered hereby, particularly in Seminole County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission permit a Well Location Exception for the lands described in the caption hereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the proposed well location in NW/4 SW/4 Section 11 is closer to NW/4 Section 11 and E/2 Section 10 than is otherwise permitted; in addition, NW/4 SW/4 Section 11 is adjacent to the NE/4 SW/4 and S/2 SW/4 Section 11, all in T9N, R6E, Seminole County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following Special Relief: The request is that

(a) the Commission issue an Order permitting a well to be drilled and produced 113 feet from the north line and 618 feet from the east line of (i) N/2 NW/4 SW/4 Section 11, as an exception to Order No. 343458 as to the Booch common source of supply, same to be the unit well for said N/2 NW/4 SW/4 Section 11, a 20-acre drilling and spacing unit for production from said common source of supply as created by said Order No. 343458, which requires the permitted well to be situated not closer than 165 feet to the boundary of NE/4 NW/4 SW/4 Section 11, and (ii) NW/4 SW/4 as an exception to 165 O.A.C 10-1-21 as to the Senora and Earlsboro, which requires that wells to formations greater than 2,500 feet in depth be not closer than 330 feet to the nearest ownership boundary, all in T9N, R6E, Seminole County, Oklahoma;

(b) the Order herein be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the Order; and

(c) the Commission designate the Applicant or some other as Operator of the well. …
