Cause CD No. 960 001953

Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Marathon Oil Company. Relief Sought: Increased allowable and exception to Rule 165:10-13-9 and Rule 165:10-17-11 of the General Rules of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Legal Description: Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 5 West, Grady County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To All Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers and Takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons particularly in Grady County, Oklahoma, the parties identified on Exhibit "A" attached to the Application on file in this cause, and particularly the following unlocated parties: Known and Unknown Heirs, Devisees & Legatees of J.J. Ewert, deceased, Margaret V. Hayes, Frank W. Miller, Daisy I. Miller, Known & Unknown Heirs, Devisees & Legatees of J.J. McRoberts, deceased, and Joseph Beltran, Jr.; and, if any of the above named are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above named persons; and, if any of the above named companies are no longer in existence, the unknown successors or trustees of the above named companies; and all other parties entitled to notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant seeks an exception to Rule 165:10-13-9 and Rule 165:10-17-11, so as to permit an increased unit allowable for the Sycamore, Woodford, Hunton and Viola common sources of supply underlying 640-acre drilling and spacing unit comprised of Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 5 West, Grady County, Oklahoma, in excess of the allowable permitted by Rule 165:10-13-9 and Rule 165:10-17-11. More specifically, Applicant requests that a separate allowable be granted for the well to be drilled within the 640-acre unit(s).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: Applicant may request that the Order be made effective prior to the date of the issuance of the Order. …
