NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order, pursuant to Title 52, Oklahoma Statutes (1991), Section 87.1(e), adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling the interest of all owners in the Hoxbar, Deese and Dornick Hills common sources of supply underlying the NE/4 SW/4 of Section 29, Township 8 South, Range 2 West, Love County, Oklahoma, being a 40-acre drilling and spacing unit for each of said common sources of supply, for the purpose of drilling a test well on said drilling and spacing unit.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT Applicant in this Cause is requesting or may request the following special relief: That Applicant or some other party be designated as Operator of the Unit and the well thereon; that the Order issued in this cause provide for the pooling of interests within named common sources of supply on a unit basis, not a wellbore basis; that parties electing not to participate in the proposed test well shall be deemed to have relinquished all working interest and right to drill in the Unit and common sources of supply as to the proposed well and all subsequently drilled wells; and, other matters which are common to the oil and gas industry which a reasonable and prudent Applicant should consider may be offered for consideration, whether recited in this Notice or not. …
