Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: A H & L Operating, Inc. Relief Sought: Pooling. Legal Description: NE/4 NW/4 SE/4, Section 36, T2N, R6E, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.

To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers and Takers of oil and gas including Samuel E. Moore Revocable Trust; Robert Edward Moore Revocable Trust; Paul G. and Marjorie M. Shelley Trust; John Norman Penrod; John Norman Penrod, Jr.; John Norman Penrod III, Personal Representative of the Estates of John Norman Penrod and John Norman Penrod, Jr.; Ladd Petroleum Corporation; George S. Ramsey; Margaret Ramsey Smartt; Rose G. Martin; and all persons living or if deceased their known and unknown successors and all corporations existing and if dissolved their known and unknown successors and all other persons having an interest in the lands covered hereby, particularly in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant is requesting pooling of interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in NE/4 NW/4 SE/4 Section 36, T2N, R6E, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, a 10-acre drilling and spacing unit (i) for the Upper Simpson Series common source of supply created by Order No. 9775, (ii) for the Fitts-Wilcox common source of supply created by Order No. 10064, (iii) for the Hunton Lime common source of supply created by Order No. 10568, (iv) for the Cromwell Sand common source of supply created by Order No. 27445, and (v) for the Gilcrease Sand common source of supply created by Order No. 27446.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant is requesting the following special relief: The request is that

(a) the Commission-issued Order pool interests and adjudicate rights and equities in the unit well, in each such common source of supply, and in each such drilling and spacing unit therefor as a unit;

(b) the Order be effective prior to the date of issuance of the Order;

(c) the Commission designate the Applicant or some other owner as Operator of the unit well, of each such common source of supply, and of each drilling and spacing unit therefor as a unit;

(d) the Commission-issued Order pool interests and adjudicate rights and equities in the unit well, in each such common source of supply, and in each such drilling and spacing unit therefor on a drilling and spacing unit basis; and

(e) the Order prescribe that one election be made by all Respondents within fifteen (15) days from the date of the Order in this Cause to participate in the unit well by paying costs, actual not to exceed reasonable, or by accepting some other consideration which the Commission prescribed, and provide that the Order shall apply to subsequent wells drilled on the unit. …
