NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission reinstate the accumulated canceled under production of 10,862,514 MCF allocated to each well as follows: Goldsborough #1 Well - 3,500,000 MCF; Goldsborough #2 Well - 3,500,000 MCF; Goldsborough #3 Well - 2,992,662 MCF; Goldsborough #4 Well - 869,852 MCF from the Red Oak Sand common source of supply in its Goldsborough Unit located in Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 23 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, and that it be allowed to produce such reinstated underage over a two year period as an exception to Rule 165:10-17-9 (I) (2) of the General Rules of the Commission. …
