NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Phillips Petroleum Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) granting an exception to OCC-OAC 165:10-13-9 and 165:10- 17-11 so as to authorize and permit a separate gas allowable as to production from each of the Red Fork, Upper Chester, Manning and Mississippi Solid separate common sources of supply for the proposed additional well involved herein in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for such separate common sources of supply in Section 12, Township 14 North, Range 9 West of the IM, Canadian County, Oklahoma, separate and distinct from the gas allowable for any other well in said Section 12, including the Connelly Trust "A" No. …
