Sawyer, deceased, and All Persons Claiming any Right, Title, or Interests in or to the Real Property Described herein, Defendants. THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, and assigns, Immediate and Remote, of Richard C. Sawyer, Deceased: You and each of you are hereby notified that Scott E. Sawyer, as plaintiff has filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma against the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees or assigns, of Richard C. Sawyer, deceased, alleging that the said Richard C. Sawyer died seized and possessed of the following described property located in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma to- wit: A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 12 North, Range 4 West of the I.M., Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 50 feet South of the Northeast Corner of said Quarter section; Thence South along the East line of said Quarter Section a distance of 776.4 feet for a point or place of beginning; Thence West 0degrees 36' South a distance of 317.85 feet; Thence North and parallel to the East line of said Quarter Section a distance of 231.2 feet to a point; Thence East 1degrees 40' South a distance of 342.41 feet, more or less, to a point on the East line of said Quarter Section; Thence South on the East line of said Quarter Section a distance of 231.2 feet, to the point or place of beginning. that the plaintiff is the owner of said real property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that defendants, the unknown heirs, executors, admninistrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of Richard C. Sawyer, deceased, claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the plaintiff which constitutes a cloud on the plaintiff's title; that there has been no judicial determination of heirship of said Richard C. …
