Legal Description: The SE/4 NW/4 of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 10 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Orion Land Company; Summit Energy, Inc.; Clifford Kennedy and Bank of Oklahoma, Co-Trustees of The Albert A. Kennedy Trust; Bank of Oklahoma, Sole Trustee of the Harry F. Doerr Trust "B"; Jean Ellen Fanning; Shriners Hospitals for Crippled Children; Joel Jankowsky Living Trust #2711; Irene Rothbaum Trust; Sue Ann Herborn & Michael Paul Herborn Trust #2146; Robert B. Milsten Trust; Richard Milsten Trust; Malcolm Milsten Trust; Joan Jankowsky Dubin; Joseph Simon Jankowsky; Nan Jankowsky Trust; Joe H. Minor; S.D. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission establish 10 acre drilling and spacing units for the Jones, Cleveland, Lower Cleveland, Big Lime, Oswego, Prue, Skinner and Red Fork common sources of supply underlying the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 10 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, by new spacing, with the units to consist of governmental quarter quarter quarter sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 165 feet from the unit boundary, and possibly providing that the Order to issue in this cause be made effective as of the day of the hearing, or on some other date prior to the date of signing. …
