Citizens Bank is seeking approval to establish a de novo branch at Santa Fe Avenue and SW 15th Street in order to increase its presence in west Edmond.

First State Bank in Tahlequah protests the application. * Citizens Security Bank & Trust Co. in Bixby seeks to establish a de novo branch at Route 2, Box 5 in Glenpool. * Armstrong Bank in Vian seeks to relocate its main office to the corner of Cherokee and Dogwood in Sallisaw from Thornton & Schelly in Vian. If that application is approved, the bank also seeks to operate a de novo branch at its current location in Vian. Outstanding CPA Award The Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants recently awarded Kerby Crowell with its 1996 Outstanding CPA in Business and Industry Award.
