Brakebill; Adam Carl Brown; Truman V. Brown; Concord Oil Company; John Mitchell Davis; Richard H. Davis; Enex Resources Corporation; Marie S. Ettlinger; Exco, Inc.; Carolyn Miller; OXY USA, Inc.; PanEnergy; Frederick M. Peyser; Phillips Petroleum Company; Eston C. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Valence Operating Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) granting an exception to OCC-OAC 165:10-13-9 and 165:10- 17-11 so as to authorize and permit a separate gas allowable as to production from the Cunningham Sand Section of the Springer Sand Formation common source of supply for the proposed additional well involved herein in the 160-acre drilling and spacing unit formed for such common source of supply in the SW 1/4 of Section 22, Township 5 North, Range 5 West of the IM, Grady County, Oklahoma, separate and distinct from the gas allowable for any other well in the SW 1/4 of Section 22, including the Brown No. …
