NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting an exception to Order Nos. 35067 and 33204 to allow an Increased Density Well to be recompleted or drilled and produced from the Tonkawa Sand, Morrow Sand and Chester Lime common sources of supply on the drilling and spacing unit described in the caption, and to designate the Applicant or some other party as operator of the additional well. …
