Brewer Co.; Mary Atkins Brigham, as Trustee; C. Everett Brown; Mildred T. Brown; Trustee of the Glenn D. Eddington Living Trust; Sharon Orenne Penner Friesen; Roby Fernon Howell, as Trustee under the Last Will & Testament of A.J. Howell, deceased; Ladd Operating Company; Marathon Oil Company; Oneok Resources Company; Phillip Herb Penner; Toklan Oil and Gas Corporation; Fred Tretbar, Jr.; Harvey A. Tretbar; Julie R. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, amending Order No. 188709 to authorize and permit an additional well in the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit formed for the Chester Limestone common source of supply in Section 35, Township 5 North, Range 21 East of the CM, Beaver County, Oklahoma, so as to produce hydrocarbons from such common source of supply, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant, and to establish a proper allowable for such well and such unit. …
