Relief Requested: Adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling all interests. Legal Description: NE/4 SE/4 of Section 17, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Garvin County, Oklahoma (the "40-Acre Unit"), and the E/2 SE/4 of Section 17, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Garvin County, Oklahoma, (the "80-Acre Unit"). STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the following parties, if living or if deceased, their unknown heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, trustees and/or assigns, immediate and remote, or the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, company or partnership or the unknown successor(s) of any trustee, conservator or attorney-in-fact, to wit: Cross Timbers Oil Company; Charles F. Doornbos Revocable Trust under agreement dated 8/1/90; Oxy USA, Inc.; Cities Service Oil & Gas Corp.; South Timbers Limited Partnership; West Timbers Limited Partnership; Cross Timbers Oil Company, L.P.; Quail Creek Production Company; V.A. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling all interests of all owners in the Viola common source of supply underlying the E/2 SE/4 of Section 17, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Garvin County, being an 80-acre drilling and spacing unit for said common source of supply and in the Tonkawa, Layton, Checkerboard, First Deese, Second Deese, First Bromide Sand and Second Bromide Sand separate common sources of supply underlying the NE/4 SE/4 of the same Section 17, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, being a 40-acre drilling and spacing unit for the last named common sources of supply, for the purpose of drilling a test well on said 80-acre drilling and spacing unit which will be the unit well for both said 80-Acre Unit and said 40-Acre Unit. …
