Integris Health has promoted two veterans to vice presidencies at
Southwest Medical Center.
* Hallie Ennis, who has been with Integris or its subsidiaries
since 1966, will continue as the administrative director of the
oncology and emergency service lines for Baptist and Southwest
medical centers through Integris Oncology Services.
Ennis has served Integris as director of surgical services and
ambulatory services. Outside that organization, she has presided
over the national nursing organizations ASPAN, ABPANC and the
National Federation of Nursing.
* Chris Hammes, a six-year Southwest employee, will oversee daily
operations at the acute-care hospital as well as support for Integris
Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hospital.
Hammes, who has overseen radiology services at both Baptist and
Southwest, was named assistant vice president at the 4401 S. Western
Ave. hospital in 1996.

Peyton Jackson is the new laboratory manager at Deaconess
Hospital. The retired Air Force veteran with an MBA from Midwestern
State University will oversee staffing, coordinating budgets, lab
operations and communications.
University Physicians Medical Group has hired two directors.
* Greg Clifford, the new information systems director, came to
UPMG from Guaranty Bank and Trust, where he had served as vice
president of technology. The Oklahoma Baptist University graduate
also had served as controller of Oklahoma Insurance Associates.
* Steven D. Jantz, the development and marketing director, had
served Mercy Health System of Oklahoma as its physician recruiter and
interim director of operations. Before that, the University of
Dallas grad had directed market management and physician recruitment
for Harris Methodist Health of Arlington, Texas.
Dr. Elliott R. Schwartz of Integris has received board
certification in sleep medicine, making him the state's only
physician of osteopathic medicine -- and only the second doctor in
the state -- to hold this distinction.
Midwest Medical Group's Bowling Green clinic has added Dr. V.
Joseph Fiorazo to its lineup. The University of Virginia grad
specializes in work-related injuries, offering evaluation and
treatment, independent medical examinations and impairment ratings.
Dr. Paul L. Tennery has joined the staff of Mercy Health Chandler,
serving alongside Dr. Wendell Richards. Tennery, with degrees from
the University of Central Oklahoma and University of Oklahoma, has
interests in adult and pediatric care, early prenatal care and
Michael E. Jones is the new grants manager/planner for the
Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Council. …
